ZEN Cottages were founded by architect Andrew Shimmer and his wife Carol. They wanted to create classically-designed, efficient, and prefabricated structures that could be easily moved, contracted, expanded, and sold while maintaining both integrity and aesthetics.

MAMMOTH 60-90 Days $30 000

The Mammoth cottage is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for permanent living. Mammoth has full kitchen and bathroom, office workspace, bottom floor sleeping area, and dual lofts.

ALPINE 60-90 Days $30 000

Alpine is our most economical model, specially created for seasoned travelers. The cottage is built on a custom lightweight trailer to be handled on the roads with is. It is efficient, compact, and ready to go the distance.

ALICE 60-90 Days $30 000

This cottage is made of steel and glass for those who like the modern style, futuristic design, and lots of air and space in their homes. The cottage is perfect for permanent living for 3-5 persons.

SHAST 60-90 Days $50 000

Living in a tiny home is fun and practical when it's Shast. This cottage is designed both for a part-time and permanent living and can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably.

01. Figuring out your needs

We schedule a one-on-one appointment to help understand what you want to build. We have different ready-made projects of cottages.

02. Designing your dream cottage

Once we've figured out the requirements, we move on to the design process, creating preliminary drawings, home and build order drawings, and so on.

03. Moving on to the construction

When everything is designed and approved by you, the construction starts. We have a dedicated team of experienced constructors and engineers.

04. Checking the progress

We invite you to take a look at your future cottage and to suggest any changes and improvements that could be made at that stage of the process.

05. Adding final touches

We make final improvements and add finishing touches to give your cottage a more refined look. The final version of your cottage will look fantastic!

06. Giving you the keys

When we finish, you check the work once again and receive the keys to your brand new dream home! We congratulate you with your new place or residence!
